Yoga is a powerful tool to manage pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost energy and mood for those experiencing depression.
Private yoga sessions are the ideal way to promote healing in a safe space.

I did my 200 hour therapeutic yoga teacher training with yoga master Dr. Madan Bali at Yoga Bliss, and gentle yoga teacher training with HappyTree yoga. I have recent experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain, as well as cancer patients and those in recovery.

Yoga for Chronic Pain

Clients experiencing chronic pain will learn about how pain works, and how yoga and meditation techniques can be used as a method to change their experience of pain.  They will become empowered by directly experiencing how they can calm their nervous system, reduce their pain, and improve their quality of life.

Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

Yoga is highly effective for reducing stress and anxiety both in the use of energetic poses and breathing exercises to "burn off" excess energy, as well as easy restorative poses for grounding and unwinding. Clients experiencing stress and anxiety will learn tools to calm the nervous system and restore balance in the body,

Yoga for Depression


Yoga can assist those experiencing depression through mood-boosting movement and breath work. Clients will be guided in an exploration process to identify exercises that promote a sense of well-being in the mind and body.

Private Yoga Pricing:
  • $70 for 60 minutes
